Etching
We etch mechanical details in various thin sheet metals.
Based on the drawing we receive from the customer, we can manufacture the detail in a range of different thin sheet metals such as spring steel, stainless steel, nickel silver, copper, brass, bronze or various special metals.
The top or bottom can also be provided with details that are only etched on one side without increasing the cost later.
The production is scalable and fits everything from prototypes to larger series.
Prototypes can be manufactured quickly, and you can easily make changes to your design without incurring excessive costs. The only additional thing is a new photo film that is made according to the changed drawing. Examples of parts that are well suited for chemical etching are paste plates and stencils, washers and shims, springs and membranes leadframes, shield cans and contact plates.
Plating
